I manage my maintenance subscriptions directly, with no subcontracting: I am the one who picks up the phone and codes the requested improvements. I master Wordfence (the security plugin that blocks attacks) and WP Rocket (the plugin that speeds up loading) on the sites I deliver, and I prioritize my schedule to handle Partner clients emergencies first.
