Timelines & method
Yes, for the standard Showcase and Sales page plans, if the content (texts, photos) arrives on time. A delay on your side pushes back delivery.
3 weeks for Essential, 4 to 5 weeks for Pro. For Custom, the timeline depends on the brief and the number of products.

Ideally yes, you know your business best. Basic copywriting is available as an option, and royalty-free photos can be selected together if needed.
It's the number one cause of delays. As soon as I see something missing, I tell you with a new date rather than letting silence settle in, and we adjust the schedule together.

Yes, 100%: site, hosting and domain name in your name. You can switch provider with no exit fees.
Yes. WordPress + Divi lets you edit texts, images and pages without code. 1h of support included in all plans.
Yes. Cookie banner, fonts installed on the site, legally compliant European hosting. CNIL rules followed in Pro and Premium.
Speed score guaranteed in Pro: > 90 for Showcase and Sales page, > 75 for Online shop. Lightened images, WP Rocket and a loading accelerator included from delivery.
The accessibility basics are built in : contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text on images, a consistent heading structure. A full accessibility audit is a separate piece of work.
Google visibility
The basic Google settings are included in every plan (titles, descriptions, structure, speed, sitemap, Rank Math Pro). In-depth work on high-demand keywords is optional.
Picked up by Google 1 to 4 weeks after going live. First local rankings often within 2 to 3 months.
Yes. A business listing recognised by Google and pages that carry your city, to show up for "[trade] [city]", Google Maps included. Let's talk about your service area.
By default you provide your texts and I provide the structure. The copywriting option covers the full writing : +$490 for the home page and 3 pages, +$790 for all pages.
Yes. The site is submitted to Google as soon as it goes live : you see for free which pages Google has picked up, what your visitors search for and your average position.
Maintenance
No, it's optional. An unmaintained WordPress site becomes vulnerable over time. Serenity ($90/month) recommended as a minimum.
Updates, backups, security monitoring and renewed padlock. Peace of Mind and Partner also include monthly changes.

The site is restored from the last clean backup and the vulnerability is fixed. Monitoring greatly reduces the risk without ever removing it : no honest provider can promise otherwise.
Yes, with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with one month's notice (details in the terms of sale).
